Mountain Mud Pepper Pie Recipe (Original)
From the Magical Kitchen of Ophelia
Ingredients
2 packages of dried Mountain Dirt
Enough Moo Juice to make the dirt into mud
1 Chocolate Crumbly Crust
1 bag soft brown and green pepper pieces. (sometimes they don't have the bag of pieces, so get the bars with the shiny green paper)
1 lidded bowl cloud fluff
1 Magical Residue-Free Exploding Acorn
Directions:
1. Prepare the Dome of Protection
Wash the plastic part of the crumbly crust and set it aside to dry. This will turn into a magical dome of protection for the pie. You wouldn't want rocking-horse flys to ruin it would you?
2. Smash the Peppers to Pieces
If you couldn’t find pepper bars already in pieces (a tragedy!), unwrap those shiny green treasures, toss them into a cauldron with one of Ophelia's Magical Residue Free Exploding Acorn - safe for cooking, great for making things go boom without leaving a trace! Caution: Don’t go too wild—no one likes minty dust.
3. Hide the Treasure
Sprinkle about half of your minty shards onto the bottom of the chocolate crumbly crust. Don't worry, your treasure will be safe. We're going to build a mountain on top of it. 🏔️✨
4. Reanimate the Dirt
In large bowl, mix both packages of dirt with moo juice to make thick mud.
5. Bury the Treasure
Pour mountain mud into crumbly crust to bury your treasure. Sprinkle top with more treasure pieces - X marks the Spot!
6. Fluffy Clouds & Chill
Chill 1-3 hours in refrigerator. Top with fluffy clouds & serve.

"You mean we can skip some?" Ophelia said wide eyed.
"Why would we go down aisles of stuff we don't need?"
"I thought it was a rule. You start at the beginning and wind your way up and down every aisle until you get to the end," she said in earnest.
I chuckled and reached for the list.
