Exactly How it Works
After completing your purchase: here, you'll fill out my intake form. This simple form will collect your basic contact information, link to your primary content source (the one I'll check weekly), links to other social media and marketing channels, and your directory listing details.
After receiving your completed intake form...
Once per week, I'll check your primary content source for new value content and share it in the newsletter. If it's an item that matches one of our directories, it will also be added to the appropriate directory.
The newsletter is also shared across my social media channels.

Important Details
Value-Driven Content: Submissions must provide value to our audience, not be solely promotional. We accept high-quality articles, blog posts, webinars, podcasts, events, ead magnets or other informational content tailored to title industry professionals.
Frequency: We will check your designated marketing channels once per week for new content. If new content is available, your content will be shared at least once per week on a single platform, possibly more (probably more). If there is no new content and we find suitable, older content that is evergreen, we will share the evergreen content.
Priority: Our sponsors receive top priority when we're making our selections for content curation, so if you're creating high quality content, we're more likley to select your content for additional promotions.
Publish Date: The weekly newsletter comes out every Sunday at 9am excepting for the Sunday following Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years. Your automation service will begin the Monday after we've received your completed information form and continue weekly (with the exceptions of Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years weeks) until you cancel your subscription.
Right to reject: We reserve the right to reject any piece of content we deem inappropriate for our audience. Broad guideline, your content should meet 3 key criteria
Must be informational content that offers value, not just a sales pitch.
Must be of high quality.
Must be geared toward a target audience of title industry professionals.

Refund: Purchases are non-refundable.
Sole Exception: While purchases are non-refundable, the sole exception to this, is should we deem your overall company, product or service inappropriate for our audience, we will issue a full refund for any portion of your purchase that has not been delivered.
Cancelation: Customer initiated cancelations are non-refundable but we will do our best to pull your content from our publishing calendar. To cancel an order, notification must be received no later than 48 hours prior to scheduled publication. Cancelations inside that time frame cannot be guaranteed.
Forfeiture: When selecting a campaign duration, you are paying for the number of weeks that we check your channels for new content. If there is no new content, or easily found and suitable old content to share, that week is forfeit.
Indemnity & Liability: All advertising must be approved by the publisher.
Publisher reserves the right to refuse any ad for any reason.
Advertisers and their agencies will indemnify, defend, and hold harmless from any claim and all loss, expense or liability arising out of the publication of any advertising copy.
The liability of the publisher for any error or omission or delay for which it may be held generally responsible, shall in no event exceed the cost of the space paid for and occupied by such individual.
